Design decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumptions. I use a mix of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights and validate direction.
Design is more than aesthetics. It demands a deep understanding of business goals, user needs, system capabilities, and knowing when to push boundaries.
Build trust with stakeholders. I bring a collaborative mindset that builds strong partnerships and positions UX as a trusted partner across the organization.
Augment design craft with AI. I use AI as a design partner to accelerate exploration and lean on my deep design experience to curate high-quality experiences.

Led a full design system refresh alongside a B2B enterprise website redesign which won silver at the 2025 Drum Awards.
Member experience redesign
Led the redesign of CFA Institute’s member experience, improving content discoverability, navigation, and visual clarity to help members more easily find research, insights, career resources, and events.

Set the vision for modernizing the customer logged-in experience, beginning with the member experience as the foundation for broader transformation.
